I met so many parents who did not know what to believe because of so much misinformation in the media and I hope this book clarifies much of the mystery and the stigma surrounding these conditions. I finally wrote this book because I was so incensed, that although much is known and written about ADD, so little is discussed about the proper management. I spent a great portion of my professional life treating individuals who were ADD, ADHD and Aspergers and have attempted to present the information rationally and in a language that everyone can understand.
